Adastra Hall opened to hirers in May 1987 following fundraising from the community to build their village hall. In 2022, the trustees of Adastra Hall launched a 3 year, ambitious plan of improvement for the hall based around our 4 point stragegy

  1. Make sure we are doing the right thing by our organisation, volunteers and staff
  2. Drive the revenues generated by the hall
  3. Invest to make our hall more efficient
  4. Invest to make our hall safer, and more attractive to hirers

Over the following 3 years, the trustees invested around £723,650 aligned to this agenda. Of course, some of these projects have required continual re-investment, not featured below. 

Aug – Dec 2022 £38,850

The journey at Adastra Hall doesn’t end here, though as the trustees continually review how they can improve the venue for residents of the village, and Mid Sussex.
