The Main Hall at Adastra Hall is a great space for your large scale event. The room features
- Capacity and seating for 150 people, theatre style, 160 standing, 130 seated at tables
- 10 small (60cm) square tables , 10 medium 1.2m folding tables, 21 rectangular 1.8m folding tables plus 114 red chairs and additionally, 36 grey chairs
- Varnished, sprung wooden floor
- Large stage area
- Servery hatch linked to the fully-fitted kitchen featuring commercial oven, bain-marie, fridges, freezer, microwave, kettles, hot water urns, and dishwasher (included in your hire price)
- 2nd servery hatch linked to the small bar featuring fridge, and dishwasher (included in your hire price)
- Ceiling mounted electronically controlled Velux WIndows. Manual opening windows along each side of the hall, and double door access for loading and unloading.
- Free wifi throughout
- Accessed via the main Adastra Hall front doors, through the Lobby.
- Built-in AV equipment, including 3.6m screen, digital projector, sound system with bluetooth links, Laptop connections, microphones, Blu-Ray player (see factsheet below for hire costs)
- Stage lighting, mirror ball, flood lights all available at additional cost (see factsheet below)

Hire charges
PRICING: it is important that you understand our pricing policy when enquiring about your booking to avoid issues or embarrassment later. We offer 2 booking prices – “Individuals, Clubs and Societies” and “Commercial”. Here is our definition, and if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us for advice.
Individuals, Clubs and Societies: If you are not charging admission, or giving the profit or surplus from your admission to charity, you are a charity, or to re-invest in your community club or society, then you will pay this rate.
Commercial: Applies to all other bookings. This can include music teaching, conferences, training, and sales and will usually (but not exclusively) involve paid staff. Furthermore, if you are a commercial hirer you will not be insured by our hirer insurance and therefore you will be required to provide a copy of your public liability insurance policy.
